The Story So Far

After much debate over whether we should move, renovate or build, we came to the conclusion that building a new home was the way to go.

In November we put in an offer on an acre block, which was accepted.

After a lot of research we had narrowed our options down to two houses, a Porter Davis and a Metricon. After visiting both houses, we both thought that the Metricon had the best floor plan for us. On 29 November 2009 we put down our initial deposit and signed on the dotted line. We're building the Denver 43.
